The room was brand-new, stylish, with balconies, and the best location just a few steps away from all the places we wanted to visit.

Newly decorated hotel overlooking city, we had a lovely experience here. The food was GREAT - a wide array of options. The room was big and stylish, greatly enjoyed comfortable bed. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to Metro, Airport Bus transfer, all the good restaurants and shopping centres. It also was close to taksim Square.

The food was amazing and I have only fond memories of my stay here, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and public transportation. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and store my bags after check-out. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring.

The size of the hotel and lack of an elevator were minor inconveniences. The small staircase is common for the area, but may be a challenge for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

It is in the heart of Istanbul, close to the metro station and within walking distance of popular attractions. the rooms are comfortable and clean, offering facilities such as a microwave, kettle, small fridge, and free WiFi. the staff is also helpful and responsive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were some inconsistencies in the amenities provided, such as a lack of balconies in some of the promised suites.

The staff at Istanbul'Um Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel like VIPs and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. From providing us with a special menu for our kids to offering a push cart for our luggage, they truly made us feel like royalty.
